After a horrendous experience at the Starbucks located at Wescott plantation I realized just how wonderful I have it with the crew at the Houston Northcutt store and realized I've never taken the opportunity to brag on them. First of all, the ambience and energy at this location is so cheerful and inviting. Even when I'm in a rush the staff here manages to distract you with pleasant conversation. Recently I've been ordering from the app on my phone and just picking it up at the drink station. I swear, this is the best invention ever! My drink is always ready and always made perfectly. If I have to get the attention of one of the baristas to ask for my order they never make me feel like a bother which has not been the experience at other locations. Unfortunately, I only work in Mount Pleasant. I was running late this morning and didn't think I'd have a chance to run in and grab my drink so I foolishly went through the Wescott drive-through by my house, never again! I will never take this location for granted again! Especially the sweet girl with long, blonde hair! She's the best!

So. I've been to many Starbucks and I have to say that this is my Favorite! I am probably here twice a week at a least. I love that their fast, efficient, sooo friendly!! Sarah and Lori are excellent at what they do. Always service with a smile. Always asking "How're you doing?" I love their gourmet foods. I get the slow roasted ham and Swiss with my coffee. I get the Vent Upside Down Non-Fat Caramel Macchiato. And it's perfect every time. They can get a bit busy in the morning, but it's worth the wait. So pull up your Starbucks app and pull in for a great coffee, a Pastry and a great time! Don't forget to tip! You can even do it through your Starbucks app!

After a long, hard day at school, I'm always craving some good old Starbucks. Whether it's the middle of winter or July I can always find something on the extensive menu that I can drink. This summer my absolute favorite has been the Peach Green Tea. On the original menu it includes lemonade but I leave it out to avoid the unnecessary calories. This drink is refreshing, delicious and relatively inexpensive for the usual Starbucks prices. In the winter time, I like to enjoy the classic peppermint mocha or a pumpkin spice latte. But if I'm in the mood for something a little different I love the vanilla macchiato which it's a latte type drink with a caramel theme. I love Starbucks not only because I'm a teenage girl but also for its yummy, customizable drinks that always leave me wanting more.

I really like this Starbucks! The staff is usually very friendly and chipper, and drinks are made at a faster than the normal South Carolina pace.

Great location towards the base of the bridge in the Harris Teeter plaza. Service was good and they now have cold brew coffee which was pretty good. The seating and power options aren't as good as other locations around town, but it's not a bad place to get some work done or have a meeting.

Slow!! Understaffed plus the addition of this one-off coffee time sucking machine which sends the line to the door. Thursday's are the worst because it appears that every new staffer is required to get the office "fru-fru" drinks. Be wary when the person ordering starts reading from their smartphone!

A relatively efficient Starbucks that does decent volume. Plenty of seating space most days but can become cramped "laptop central" at times. There's a few outdoor tables for nicer weather and convenient to all in Mount Pleasant via Houston Northcutt Blvd. True to the Starbucks experience. If you haven't, download the app.

Great staff, well run, clean, quick and efficient. Even during busy periods it's quick - they work well as a team, and ther's enough of them. A lot of starbucks stores could learn from this one! Docking a star for corporate office spamming. I registered a starbucks card and got two pointless spams within 7 hours today. Do not register a starbucks card. One of them was really stupid... "Do you know your starbucks balance?" Umm I wonder - well - i registered the card using a starbucks app which displays my balance.

An excellent Starbucks, as far as coffee shops go. It has a modern, clean feel; the baristas are friendly and motivated on a consistent basis, and parking is close. They are staffed well during peak times and can get a line moving faster than any other Starbucks I've visited. There is a decent amount of seating and a great co- working, or studying space. The employees try to learn the customer's names and I appreciate that effort.
